SHIPPING

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom or personalized bundle orders may be subject to restrictions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

CUSTOMIZABLE PRODUCTS
Custom bundles with selected Snapster characters are made to order based on your selections. Please review your order carefully before checkout as character selections are confirmed at time of purchase.
